If you discover your order is missing product or if products are damaged, click here to submit a Damaged or Missing Product form request. This request must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving the order. Please include the invoice number, what items are missing, and/or photos of the damaged product.

In the rare occurrence of a product recall, we will contact you with the product SKU number(s) and provide guidance on how to proceed.

Unopened product has a shelf life of 3 years. Once a product has been opened, it has a shelf life of 6 months. Ultraceuticals may extend the shelf life of a product based on whether the efficacy of the product is the same as it was at production. Ultraceuticals will test the efficacy by batch number. If you have questions regarding the batch number, please email support@ultraskinservices.com.
